Main Floor and Upstairs Bedrooms

There is one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs.

This is the main level bedroom. We have a king size bed in there.

This is one of the upper bedrooms. My husband is 6'4" and he has plenty of room to stand in these rooms. (That is a big window covered with a blue blanket for my sons naps!)

Through that door and straight down the hall is the other bedroom this exact size.

There is one bathroom in the house and it is located on the main level. It was remodeled just a couple years ago.

Main Floor Kitchen

The kitchen is currently undergoing some major upgrades that will be done before April 2015. The cabinets will be white with new hardware, the floors a very dark wood, and new wallpaper everywhere. 

Those big windows look out to the backyard right where the swing set.

The door to the right of the fridge leads to the garage which leads to the backyard. It also leads to the stairs to the basement where you share a washer and dryer with the basement tenants.

You can share internet with upstairs tenants for another $20/month.  It can also be fully furnished* for free if you need it.
